In fact, we are so confident that you will get what you need out of our concrete reinforcing fibres (or other Nobis Products materials) that we offer a satisfaction guarantee on every purchase. If you buy something from us and find upon delivery that it wasn’t what you expected it to be, you can send it back and get a full refund.
Our refund policy goes one step further, too. If you use one of our products in a concrete casting job or some other project, only to find that it underperforms, you can make a refund claim. Even if we cannot collect the goods that you purchased, we are willing to provide a refund if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. We want every customer and client to be able to purchase materials from us with full confidence that they will get the job done, or your money back.
Please do note that there is a time restriction on all refund claims. If you order our concrete fibres for reinforcement and find that they are not what you need, you have seven days after the delivery of the products to make a refund claim. Any refund claim made within seven days of delivery (regardless of whether or not you have used the products already) will be honoured. We cannot accept any refund claims beyond the initial seven days, so please make sure to look at your delivery and assess the products immediately after they are delivered.

With all of that said, we firmly believe that you won’t need a refund for our concrete fibre reinforcements. These fibres are durable and effective, capable of drastically increasing the tensile strength of a concrete project and of preventing or minimising cracks. Since concrete fibres spread throughout a concrete structure—unlike bars or mesh, which remain on one plane or layer of the concrete—they are better able to distribute their strength and reinforcement uniformly throughout the concrete.
